Description of Ministry
This team consists of caring members who help answer questions and create a welcoming environment for prospective new members.

This team also encourages and stays connected with new members once they join Concordia.

To help create a welcoming environment for new members of Concordia.

Involvement Time
Typically the window of service is 2-4 hours per class session.

There are four “New Member Class Seasons” throughout the year. Each “Membership Season” has 2-3 different class sessions in which you can be involved. There is opportunity to serve during each class, or you can pick and choose the dates and times that work best for you.

If you’d like to help new Concordia members connect further into the fabric of the congregation consider becoming a part of the New Member Assimilation Team. This team seeks to communicate with and encourage new members through their first year of membership at Concordia.
